Distinguished guests,
尊敬的各位来宾，

Together with Mr. Yang and Mr. Wang we have developed this project over the past 10 months and I want to thank both gentlemen for the smooth and friendly cooperation.
在过去的10个月中，杨柳董事长、王思裕总经理与立达公司发起、并成功的完成了这个项目。在这里我向杨柳董事长、王思裕总经理以及其他有关人员，对其在该项目中所给予的友好合作，表示衷心的感谢。

During the first meeting here in Haimen we agreed to build a strong partnership and to establish together the most modern OE spinning plant in the world for high quality viscose yarns.
在海门的第一次会谈中，我们双方即将该厂定位于，用世界上最先进的设备与工艺、采用最好的原料、生产市场上最好的粘胶纱。

We later invited Lenzing, the worlds leading viscose fiber producer to participate in our project. We are thankful to the management of Lenzing for their participation, involvement and for their continuous support.
在随后的过程中，我们荣幸的邀请到了兰精公司加入该项目。我们向兰精公司的高管表示衷心的感谢，感谢他们参与、支持该项目，更感谢他们今后对该项目的持续支持。

Today we witness the opening of the first stage of this modern OE spinning plant. The yarns produced here are suitable for highest quality knitting and weaving fabrics. Zhanyang is destined to become a leading supplier of high quality Lenzing viscose yarn to the textile world market.
今天我们看到的只是整个项目的第一期，这里生产的纱可满足目前市场上生产顶尖质量机织物和针织物的要求。展阳的定位是，用兰精公司的粘胶，生产世界上质量最高的粘胶纱。

In the near future the expansion of this plant will begin. By end of 2008, the production will reach more than 700 tons of top quality viscose yarn per month.
在不久的将来，该项目的二期工程将会开始实施。到2008年底，展阳纱的产量可达到每月700吨。
